How it works – flocculants create completely clear water:

• The waste water from the vehicle wash is taken to the water recovery system and a flocculant is added. Solids and light particles are separated out and removed in a sludge trap and light liquids separator.
• The cleaned water is then passed from a removal tank into the gravel filter.
• The water which has been cleaned in the gravel filter is then held in a storage tank for use again.
• The quality of the cleaned water is suitable for vehicle washing.
