BPS High-pressure arch
- Spot spray nozzles assist cleaning at critical points on the vehicle.
- The spot spray nozzles are suspended over the vehicle ensuring that all parts of the vehicle are cleaned effectively.
- The additional swinging motion of the nozzles allows the front and the
rear of the vehicle to be cleaned. - The frequency of the swinging motion is coordinated to match even high
conveyor belt speeds.
High-pressure station in linear technology
- Linear-travel, contour-controlled roof highpressure beams for effective
high-pressure cleaning close to the vehicle - Vehicle contours are documented using light barriers
- Two linear-travel side nozzle pipes with contour control ensure ideal
